What data we collect and why

When you place an order

We collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. This is necessary to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and handle returns or complaints. The legal basis is contract performance.

When you create an account

We store your name, email address, and order history to make future purchases easier. The legal basis is contract performance.

When you visit our website

We collect data about your browsing behaviour via cookies and analytics tools. This includes IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.

When you sign up for email communication

We store your email address to send you updates about new products and offers. The legal basis is consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Who we share your data with

We share data only where necessary to run our business. Current third parties:

Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Processes order and customer data on our behalf. Privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy

Klaviyo — handles transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications) and marketing emails. Privacy policy: klaviyo.com/legal/privacy

DHL — handles shipping and delivery. Your name, address, and contact details are shared to fulfil your order. Privacy policy: dhl.com/privacy

Klarna, PayPal, Swish — payment processing. We do not store your full payment details. Each provider’s own privacy policy applies at the time of payment.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — we use Meta Pixel for advertising purposes. This may involve sharing anonymised data about site activity to measure and optimise our ads. You can manage your preferences via your Meta account settings.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How long we retain your data

Order data is retained for seven years in accordance with Swedish accounting law.

Account data is retained for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion at any time.

Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics, typically 14 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
