Do you miss your order confirmation?

A purchase agreement is not entered into until COORTEZ has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from COORTEZ by e-mail. COORTEZ encourages you to save this order confirmation for any contact with COORTEZ Customer Service. If you have not received an order confirmation, you need to contact us immediately via info@coortez.com You can withdraw your order until it is confirmed by NLY. If the order is revoked, NLY will refund any payments that you or your payment or credit card companies have made regarding the order.

 

Where is my order?

Items that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Site. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (eg in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from the time COORTEZ has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. The expected delivery time of the product is stated on the order confirmation, at checkout and / or on the current product page on the Site. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this does not depend on you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

How to return

1. When purchasing goods on the Site, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying COORTEZ within 14 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period). You notify us by emailing info@coortez.com If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear message to COORTEZ. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If you do not want to use the above alternative on notification, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced (see www.konsumentverket.se) 2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal. In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this. The information is also stated on the label of the product. If an item has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to repent thus ceases when you break the seal.

 

Does it cost to make a return?

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to COORTEZ. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original box. Return slip will be sent to you after we have received your email according to the instructions above and we confirm that the right of withdrawal is fulfilled. When you cancel your purchase, COORTEZ will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. On the amount to be refunded, COORTEZ has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function.

 

Have you received my return?

You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return. It can take up to 14 days for a return to reach us and be processed at our warehouse.

 

Refund

 

COORTEZ will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.

 

 

VAT and customs outside Sweden

The buyer is responsible for paying VAT and customs duties on their products shipped to a country other than Sweden. It is the buyer's responsibility to check its country's VAT and customs rules.

If you do not pick up the package, COORTEZ has the right to charge you a fee of SEK 149

COORTEZ ships products worldwide. We ship our products via DHL. Deliveries within Sweden are estimated to take 3-5 working days. Deliveries outside Sweden are estimated to take 5-14 working days.
